Tried the exposure test but the results didn't seem spot on so I made an educated guess based on the exposure results with the Sparkmaker LCD-T. New fan shroud for my FDM printer.

2nd time the same print stops at 99% - extremely annoying. Parts look ok, the bigger one is just incomplete. What could be the issue here? Quite a waste of resin... what a shame.

So, Flex 100 came out, got it, mixed 70 Flex 30 Monocure Blue, and every hour I get to stir the vat because the blue separates.... Any clue on why?
The only solution I've found is to heat and stir the mix up to 40 C° with a DIY stir plate and up until the mix is warm no separation occurs.... BTW curing time is crazy long 20sec...

What do you guys do with your old supports or failed prints? It feels like a waist to just throw them in the trash and I’d like to try and find some use for them.

Has anyone had problem with fun2do resin leaving lots of semi cured debris in the vat. I'm having to strain it and clean the vat after every print.

So I finally got my Photon today and I have a few questions. Should I follow their user manual for assembly or is there something else I should know/do differently? I read about sanding the build plate because of adhesion issues, anything else to look out for ?
