The other day I messed up spray painting a part. There was a lot of run. I ended up soaking it in acetone and scrubbing it with a toothbrush to get all the paint off and it worked perfectly. I didn’t damage the model at all which was surprising.
If users are allowing their build plates or other areas to become gummed up with resin I don’t know how they will remove it if it hardens over time.
What dissolves hardened resin? I have another reason for asking because I have a printed circuit board idea. I would put a piece of copper clad on the build plate with double stick tape, set zero and cure several layers of the circuit. Then I would etch the board but what would easily dissolve the resin after? I had planned on acetone.
