Preciso de uma ajudinha.

Hj fui ligar minha anycubic photon, e ela simplesmente não ligou, somente a luz do sensor acendeu, o cooler, o display e o pendrive nao deram nenhuma resposta.
Alguém sabe o que pode ser?

A única coisa que fiz foi apertar o parafuso do motor pelo lado de dentro que estava um pouco frouxo antes de começar a impressão.

I went to turn on my anycubic photon, and it just didn't turn on, only the sensor light came on, the cooler, the display and the pendrive did not answer.

My prints are not coming out so perfect, they get some line marks as if they were printed on an FDM printer, I'm having a hard time removing the rods from the holder, they are damaging my printed models, it is full of holes everywhere I remove it. the brackets. I would like to know if there are any settings that I can use to improve these problems and if there is a video showing how to remove the brackets and finish the piece.

The other problem is that until today I could not print using Chitubox, no print comes out of the machine by this slicer. If someone can share a profile with me for me to do new tests I thank you very much.
