A few people were asking about process I used to RIT dye my mind stone. Both prints below were anycubic clear resin and they sat in the same cup at identical temps/times.

The one on the left was removed from the printer and got an isopropyl wash, uv cure(30m), then 1 hour in water that was very hot(near boil when I poured it)

The one on the right went straight from the printer into the same cup of hot water that the first stone was in, then an hour later I UV cured it for 30 minutes.

Wanting to be as cheap as possible I gave RIT dye a shot on my resin infinity stone. I let the print sit in a cup of near boiling water with yellow RIT dye for about an hour then UV cured afterwards. I’m super happy with the result and I only spent about $3 on the dye.

What does everyone use to tint clear resin? Do you mix color in before the print or just do like a rit dye afterwards?

I’m looking to make the soul stones for an infinity gauntlet so I’ll only need a small amount of each color.
