In the best experience if the group, ... if painting on your printed resin miniature bits, do you prime them first or just add paint to the figure?

Most painting tutorials show priming the miniatures first to help the paint adhere, so I was just wondering about this. I have a few I have printed in flesh tone, so ... no real need to paint those areas.

Attempting to print custom D20 dice for my DnD gaming group. Not getting the fine detail as with other models, even though I went from printing at 0.05 to 0.03.

Having a print issue & looking for advice.

When I print a multi-sectioned piece with pegs & holes to assemble the entire model, they never seem to fit together. The pegs always seem just a few thou thicker than the hole it is meant to go into. I end up having to dremel down the diameter of the pegs just to get them to fit.

This has been happening to me across multiple models, not just one or two. If I print multiple pieces, they just don't fit together without modification.

I am using Filaments.ca Polyjuice for resin on an original Photon. Any thoughts what settings I should be changing?

My last three prints ... bottom left is the partial frames & what was on the plate afterwards. Upper left is the next print job. Right is the last one I've attempted.

Tested my UV & the proper sized box showed up off the LCD. Hoping the new USB drives I bought today will work better ... . ?‍♂️

Any ideas?

Hello dudes & dudettes,

Just encountered a few failed prints (wasted resin ... ? ). Had a few error codes on my Anycubic supplied USB stick before this occurred ... think it might be that.

Bought a 3 pack of Philips USB 3.0 32 GB high speed sticks ... did a bit of research & formatted the USB to FAT32. Still won't communicate with my Photon.

Anybody got any recommendations around replacing the USB (i.e. technical specifics, brand, etc.)?
