So have anybody in here experienced anything like this: my photon prints for something like the first to a couple og layers, then stops while lifting and then restarts.
I am really not sure how to approach this. Any advice?

Some of the possible causes:
* Bad USB stick or USB cable (or corrupt file)
* Bad PSU
* Excessive exposure time for base layers
* Non-smooth FEP (needs better cleaning or replacing)
* Worn / overheating stepper motor
* VREF for stepper motor low.

And one thing to try: does the problem disappear if you do a dry run with no vat or resin in place?

Is this an error with chitubox? I have never seen these werid lines before... They appear on all layers except the very last one.

QUESTION: So after I upgraded chitubox, my off time is 0. Should it have a value, or is it not nescesary? Can't remember I ever changed it to something.

So I just downloaded the photon verification tool. and it seems to be going really slow, I have around 1700 layers which I try to fix via the program, but now it has been going for around 30 minuttes, is that normal?

Hello all,
I am having trouble with my printer, where some of the print will lift off the plate. Mind that this is a fairly small print, so I wouldn't expect too much sucktion. Does anywho here know what could be causing this?

Question: So after only one print (it failed), my buildplate is this far from the screen. I press home, and this is where it stops. I have leveled it multiple times, but the past many times after a print, it is "far from home". Any idea what causes this?

What soundwave analyser apps, for tightening the FEP, does people here use? I am using 'sound spectrum analyser', but it confuses me a bit with a lot of waves, not knowing which to look at..

Question: I have recently changed my FEP film. I then had two good prints, but then the third one failed (didn't stick to the plate). I then releveled and tried again, but it still didn't stick. Could my fep film be too tight? Too loose? I am at a loss here. :(
