I recently had a pretty bad print failure (used a different resin and didn't get the exposure settings right). I have to replace my FEP and I'm wondering, should I re level the build plate as well?

I have a question that has been bugging me for a while. When setting up a file for print where you are printing multiple models. Will it hurt anything to let the support bases overlap eacher a little bit?

My first couple attempts at 3d printing with my photon. The one on the lert looks pretty good other than the fact that it's missing an arm. The one on the right is missing a leg and part of the arm on the same side. Could it be a support issue? Or should i try leveling it again?
