How often does everyone change their IPA. Assuming you are printing a few objects a day and washing in 99% IPA. I am using clear Anycubic resin.

I am brand new to resin printing. So today I decided to try a test print with my photon. I got the bed leveled and aligned and I went to print and the bed was submerged into the resin all the way to where the screw driver is in the attached photo. Rather than continue the print, I stopped it and cleaned everything up. Is the bed suppose to be that submerged? I’m using Chitibox’s normal settings. Any help would be much appreciated!

So I have always been interested in getting a scanner for reverse engineering parts and things. Does anyone know of one that is decent and affordable? I keep on seeing this one in my facebook feed. Anyone gotten one before?

I've been doing several good prints over the last few days, but now my printer has suddenly decided it won't play nice anymore.

It prints the first layer fine, then it stops and beeps once before resetting.

I've been googling, and it seems I'm not the only one who's run into this.

One suggestion was to unplug the printer for a while. Tried... No luck.

Another was to isolate the vat from the printer. What's that even supposed to mean?

I do have the plate pretty loaded with supports, so I'm wondering if perhaps I'm stalling the z-axis when the first layer is getting lifted. But that would be the first time I've had that happen to me.

Any suggestions?
