Okay so this is my first failed print (well prints, attempted this twice). So it’s an array of 6 printed as a single block. First problem doesn’t stick to the build plate. Second problem it looks like it isn’t even registering on one side.

Ensured the machine was level, the build plate was level, the LCD test shows no issue. On this I did notice is that when the print first starts there’s like a clicking sound that happens when the plate is lifting but goes away after the z-axis is high enough. Not sure what’s going on, had no problems with any other prints till now.

LCD dying soon ?
I have recently experienced strange artifacts near the end of a 15 hour print job:
It appears that those pixels that were active all the way throughout the complete printing (namely the columns of the supports) somehow behaved as dead pixels at the end of the printing, and simply left holes in the product, exacty aligned with the previous support columns.

Is this the sign of my LCD dying soon?

(Printer is more than a year old, after 3-4 kilograms of resin processed at usually 20 degrees ambient temperature)

Screen test does not show black pixels, and I also tried a short printjob after this and I have not noticed anything strange. Photon file also validated well, no sign of the mentioned holes. 翻譯年糕

Hi guys,

I downloaded latest Photon firmware (4.2.19) from Anycubic's website and I uploaded files to USB (2 files). I plug USB into printer and power it on, I see the USB lights reading for about 10 seconds and then the printer screen starts. When I browse USB content to print both files I don´t see anything. The same happens in 2 different Photons I own, both with firmware 2.18.

*I have sound disabled in printer so I don´t hear any beep during upgrade.
