So I know this post has nothing to do with resin printing, rather regarding painting. I would like recommendations on ultra fine brush sets, preferably spot size, 000 to 0. Brushes that keep their shape and not fray quickly. I've heard of Kolinsky and Winsor but I really would like to hear from you all as to what you are using for miniatures.

So my prints have been coming out a bit soft & malleable, is this normal for resin printing? It becomes an issue with parts such as an wings and other thin components. I increased my exposure settings from 8 to 11 seconds and it helped a little, but they're still too bendy. Final curing helps, but by that point it's hard to bend the part back into shape

I am down to 55 second bases and only 3 of them....still sticks really well....right now I am working on an FDM printer I saw in Thingiverse. It is the Bonsai Printer. Most of the parts (all except the electronics box), are of the size to fit on the build plate (not all at once, mind you). I am using .1mm layers. My base layers are 3 at 60 seconds and the standard layers I am doing at 13 seconds using Elegoo Gray with some Tenacious added in. 2 parts are done and I will post the results once they are done curing. This will be a good test to see how they fit together. Later!! I had this posted earlier, but, when I went back to look at it, I realized I hijacked another members post. Sorry!! So I deleted it there and reposted it here.

So rigged up a little DIY UV oven. The new question is... How long would these little guys need to be in here to fully cure ? The UV light are just run on USB power. Cheers.

So i was trying to make sure the LED was working right on the Photon S and started a fake print. I noticed that during the off time when it pops it from the FEP that the LED stays on.. it this normal.??

The screen appears to be fine, the cable LOOK to be screwed. What say you, is the cable usable? The screen stuck to the vat is how it happened. Popped right off no effort after it was out.
