Really like how this print turned out. I still need to master the support cleanup and curing process, but can't get enough of our Anycubic Photon.

I think I may want to try out some new resins. Any suggestions? I've been thinking maybe a clear or clear blue/red resin.

We've used (Anycubic Green, Anycubic Gray, Elegoo Gray) so far.

I wondered what fibre size could be printed on a Photon. On the left the filaments are 0.5mm dia and 0.4mm on ths right. Both are 15mm tall plus the base. They can be 'styled' with a comb and hair-drier to a limited extent. So minis need no longer be bald... There is a lot of spring-back but if the fibres are held flexed until cool they stay at about 8mm radius. I tried a hot air gun but it causes breakage....premature hair loss!

Hello, I just joined and I'm going to be receiving the anycubic photon s that I ordered later today. I have never had any kind of 3d printer before this so I hope I can find enough information so that I don't have to much trouble learning how it all works.

So I’m out of resin. I’ve only used anycubic green( the one that originally came with my machine and a bottle I ordered). I’m looking for something less brittle. I’ve seen some things about mixing resins on here and wondering what you guys would get. I mostly print miniatures. Any help would be great! Thank you!

Hey Guy´s! I recently had the problem that my Photon would just stop mid print or reset even when i isnt done yet. So I figured that it might be a problem with the usb stick so I bought a new one. 32gb Kingston. When I plug it in and try to power up the printer it does nothing. If I let him boot up propperly and insert the USB stick than the touch controlles wont work anylonger. Its really frustrating. Any Idea what could cause that? Allready changed it to FAT32 if your wondering. Tips would be appreciated

hi need a bit help again my setup was : exposure 8 offtime 1 bottom exposure 60s bottom layers 8 i did separate all 3 models in prusa so can get them closer then i did auto supports i change only from 1 to 2 like someone suggested to do like that and after that i exported stl with bed out ..loaded in chitubox 1.5 i put that setup and sliced to .photon .. and print i only get 2 mm thick part stuck at fep nothing on build plate second time i up layers to 10 and 80 exposure for bottom same deal ..then i look file in validator he fix some pixels but lower spikes of rails are unsupported so i do one by one default light cones ,and validator say ok after some time of playing with it another print same result ,,so i was thinking i get wrong leveling so i print photon.photon file that cube model... was looking ok to me some slight errors but complete even bottom stuck nice ,same set just 50 b exposure and 8 layers .. so how to print this model https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3204723 翻譯年糕

Hi folks.

Can anyone suggest to me why my prints might be getting stuck to my fep half way thru the print?

I’m twice in a row this has happened now. I clean the vat out and re-levelled the bed, I also did 4 10sec tests each after cleaning the lcd screen with ipa.

Printer seems to run smoothly until about half way point.

I’m running anycubic slicer 1.36 and until the most recent 2 prints I haven’t had any issues!

For the last two prints, I've noticed that my print plate has a small degree of rotational movement around the gimble... Only maybe five degrees or so and it doesn't change its level, it just has a slight twisting movement if I move it by hand. It doesn't seem to be affected by tightening the main bolt. What's the cause and fix for this?
