I need to print something that requires 0.1mm dimensional accurate and repeatable optically clear components (2mmx15mmx15mm). I had a d7 and found it to be rather inconsistent.

Would anyone suggest a photon as capable of this?

Had some great prints but now...trouble in paradise. ?

Here is what the sliced file looks like, using chitubox. The same part of the eagle tail keeps messing up somehow. Maybe it’s the file orientation? Settings are attached in pics.
Anycubic green is what I’m using for resin.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

So since I’ve switched over to Prusaslicer - I’ve had this happen twice in a row. I’m tempted to just go back to ChituBox and do them manually where I’ve had dozens in a row successful. Is there something I’m missing on PSlicer for better model to support adhesion?

Is there an minimum working temperature for Photon and resins?

Hi. If I buy the Photon, the only practical place for it to live is in the loft space, where I currently have an extractor fan that vents outside for my small burnout kiln. Obviously the loft space is unheated, so can be much cooler up there at times.

Does anyone know the actual working temperature range of the resins the Photon uses at all? With the fumes it produces, I'm obviously not looking to have it in the main house.

Hello all, hope someone can help. I am getting weird artifact columns forming on my .pws files from the photon slicer. These columns do not appear in the STL files, and have destroyed several prints so far, before I thought I to check the sliced files for them. Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have a suggestion for a solution?
