Water rinse for the win on anycubic clear resin for sure.. everything else seems to yellow badly

W: Water with uv cure (good)
A: alcohol with uv cure (bad)
Blank: is no cleaning and uv cure. (Horrible)

Add a coat of automotive clear paint to further uv protect and good to go. ? ?

All I can say is "green anycubic resin go eff yourself!" I have been having issues for weeks trying to get the stupid form to stick to the plate. I finally ran out of the green that came with it and started using the clear. It worked the very first time. Never again green resin, never again.

Heyyy glad to be here just joined today, I wanted to say after searching for a while I found no good way to ventilate my photon S because the exhaust was on the bottom, so I made this, hopefully if anyone else needs some inspiration they may find a little here:

Here’s my solution to venting the fumes from the anycubic photon S.

Since the exhaust is on the bottom I just made a box with a hole in the top and in the back. Both holes are 4.25” in diameter because for some reason even though dryer ducts say they’re 4”, they’re actually 4.25”. At least here in North Carolina, US. I’ve included pics with a ruler on the top. The box is 6.625” or 6-5/8” tall.

I just used some 1/2” XPS foam to make a “gasket” that fits under the printer but around the feet which lets it sit heavily on the foam, creating an airtight seal without the use of adhesives.

The part in the back that screws to the box is a 90° 4” round to oval adapter I bought at Lowe’s for 6$. Then I used 2x sections of 4” flex hose dryer duct to run it outside in an old vent I had in my basement where the dryer used to be. Lucky it was already a 4” vent so everything lines up perfect.

I should add that I also used an inline booster fan to help pull the fumes out. I have a pic here of the stats on the fan, which I bought from amazon. It’s plugged into a speed controller also bought from amazon.

Models I printed 2 days ago started cracking. I read this is due to uncured resin inside that is expanding. There is already a drain hole but it looks like it fused closed when i was curing under a UV light. Thoughts? TIA

I just replaced my screen for the first time, all went well I think but this left side of the screen won't stay stuck down!?! Should I just slap some kapton tape on there or what would you all suggest for keeping that in place?
