Ok, every time I print, the build plate moves. I’ve stripped it apart, no resin anywhere. When I level and tighten, I put a lot of pressure on. It still keeps happening however and re-levelling after every print is getting tiresome. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening? It always tilts in the direction shown, could the FEP need a little tightening? All my prints are fine but I’m wasting resin with the wedge that keeps forming. Answers on a post card ?

Update - Following feedback I have installed the EZ leveller and not had to re-level again after doing a few short run prints. So far it’s working well ??

So, i have heard rumors that you can use a shorter exposure time when printing on the photon s compared to the regular photon. Anybody has a recommendation for the Anycubic green with a layer hight of 0.02 on the photon S?

Ok second print was a FAIL. But i noticed an ever so small nick in the FEP. i presume this is what caused it to fail as i noticed a small part of cured resin in the middle of the lcd screen after taking the vat off. it managed to print most of the supports but then the bigger parts of the actual model failed. Next question where is the cheapest for FEP's? amazon i presume?

what to do when your paper letter on your apartment door is falling off... why, you resin print a new nerdy one! lol printed with Anycubic Clear with red alcohol ink, came out a bit pink, but kept the translucency. will be painting the accents and sealing the entire thing as well.

I’m currently printing and I can hear quite loud “thump” every time the layer separates from the FEP film. It’s not suction, because object has a relatively small area. Any ideas why that is? The part of the model that I can already see seems to be fine, but I’m afraid tinier pieces won’t have much luck. Cleaned the vat and leveled just before the print.

I've been cleaning my prints in three plastic containers, two with 99% IPA and the third with clean water. Today I tried out a tip gleaned from this group and left my kinda-dingy first wash out in the sun to cure.

And now I'm not sure what to do with it. Should I strain it and keep using it? Should I keep it as my first wash or swap its contents with the second wash container? Is it now just slightly-less-hazardous waste that I should dispose of?
