I've asked this before but forgot, Any tips on a good resin to use for Garage Kit like prints? preferably a Grey? and sturdy with a little flex?

I've been using the Monocure Clear for a long time and it's great, but undercoating the prints to get a decent picture feels a little redundant.

Sooo... I'm trying out ChiTuBox and have a question... based on some posts in this group, I believe that 6.5 if a good time-off for the LCD when printing. I can't find a definitive place in ChiTuBox where I can set this. This isn't "Light-off Delay" or "Bottom Light-off Delay" is it?

And... are there any other settings I should be aware of? Anything to watch out for?

BTW... the support generation (at least the auto-support) seems a HELL of a lot better in this slicer!

I made my first print today, and during the 6 your print my body startet iching ?

I have a Prusa MK3s for FDM printing and love the Prusa Slicer... I just got my Photon and running a test print right now. I come across a mod/plugin for Prusa Slicer that allows you to slice with Prusa Slicer and export the file and import into a .photon file. Has anyone tried this and what was your experience?

Chitubox Question for someone still learning the software. I've had a search through the group but couldn't find anything specific. I have found (using the file validator) some areas where I need to add supports however I am trying to get to a specific layer on chitubox- is there any way to go straight to a layer, the drag bar is really bloody inaccurate

Resin question for the Phontonsters -- Has anyone gotten a bad bottle of ELEGOO resin lately from Amazon? Is there a way to tell if a bottle is bad/ been tampered with?

I purchased a 1000mL bottle of Elegoo Transparent, and despite 5+ minutes of rage-shaking, it doesn't seem to want to set up. The base of the supports adhere, but then the supports print off like something you'd see in FDM threading.

I've had a hollow print under UV for an hour-thirty (3 rounds of 30 minutes), the surface still feels tacky/soft, and still has the sweet/uncured resin smell about it. Pretty sure the only reason it printed at all with this resin is because I mixed it with the tail end of the previous bottle.

It also 'glows' differently under the cure lights. It catches a distinct blue tint through the part, whereas prints out of previous bottles did not do this.

Just opened my Photon the other day. I leveled my build plate then later noticed the vat screws holding the FEP in place were loose. Not overly loose. Took about 180 degree turn to tighten them. Do I need to level the build plate again?
