Most people here seem to have a problem with prints coming off their build plate, I seem to always have the opposite problem. Now this one doesn’t seem to want to come off at all (it even deformed the spatula). Any tips on getting it off without breaking it, and avoiding this in the future?

Hi, I've been having some problems with my photon recently and hoping to figure out the issue here.

My last couple of test prints (The test cube) have been having a strange issue. While the base sticks to the build plate the rest stays on the FEP film and solidifies into a flat piece on it.

Here's what I've done:

I've swapped to a new resin (Monocure Rapid Grey) but I'm using the settings from the spreadsheet.

I've relevelled my bed twice.

I've also replaced the FEP film.

Any advice on what to try next?

why is the test print (.035) better quality than my figure (.02), very visible layer lines, aliasing artifacts, after the print i updated the FW and set AA in chitubox, but the question with Leyer lines remains.

So the support provided on the photon s is less than optimal, the automatic supports are so close together they are hard to remove, where as doing them manually takes so long. Does anyone have settings for supports they like? Or a program outside of the photon slicer they use to put supports on?

What kind of USB sticks is everyone using? Right now, the only stick my Photon even recognizes is the one that came with the printer (and I'm aware that there are problems with it). I've tried four other sticks that I have at home. A couple of them are small drives (8 and 16 GB), which I've heard work better. Nothing works.

I got this machine a week ago and haven't used it much yet. Right now, I'm stuck using the stock USB drive, and I'm pretty sure that's why my machine keeps failing within the first 4 layers (memory errors and random rebooting). I got one good print out of it a couple days ago, but today I have had about six 1-4 layer fails in a row, and I'm getting frustrated...

Any help would be appreciated!
