I've been working with my photon since a couple of months ago and I've noticed my prints are 5 - 7 % thicker than my CAD models. The layers in the printed model are fine and invisible and there aren't any problems at all with the printing process, so I can discard the leveling. But all my models are like fat. The FEP is in good state and thight. I've been using anycubic gray at 8 bottom layers, 95-110 of base exposure, 3 to 1 seconds of light off, 11 - 14 seconds of normal exposure and .03mm of layer.... I have these parameters from thingiverse. Does anybody has the same problem? I print jewelry models so that increase is a problem. I'm modeling thinner pieces to compensate the offset but I think there's something I'm doing wrong with my printing specs. Thanks in advance!

when printing an object with a flat base, is it better to print directly onto the plate or up on supports?

I ask, because when I tried to print the Notre Dame cathedral, i had some wicked curling on the edges and not sure as to the cause. any help would be appreciated! thanks!

current settings are

Bottom Layers: 10
Bottom Exposure: 80
Normal Exposure: 10
Off Time: 3

Ok, i need a little help if anyone is willing. Just got my Photon last week, and I’ve tried three prints, all failing. This latest one went the farthest. Basically, the print isn’t sticking to the plate, my first to just stuck to the bottom of the fat. This last one ended up sticking to the vat too, but it seems like it was on the plate are first (there was a half and inch of print, instead of flat). I’ve troubled shot everything, re-leveling after every fail. Even changed my settings. Any ideas or guidance? Thanks in advanced!

Is the print time given by the Anycubic slicing software always way out?

If it says print time about 3hr 10min it usually takes over 4 hrs!
