Here's something i've been wondering and haven't seen it mentioned yet: how long do you let your prints hang in the printer before removing? And do you let them dry some before washing in alcohol?

After a year of ownership I want to share my experience with USB errors. First, let me say it's not always easy to attribute print issues to the USB stick, but at least the newer firmware versions will tell you if there's a mid-print USB error. Even then it might be the power supply. The first thing I did when these errors were commonplace was replace the power supply with a better one, and remove the USB extension cable to plug the stick directly into the motherboard. They continued, although less frequently, so I experimented with different USB sticks and my tin foil tells me smaller (4gb or less) sticks work better. Furthermore I stopped placing multiple files on the stick, and kept the single file name on it to a relatively short length. I also shut down my printer after every print for at least 3 minutes. Errors were much reduced but still occurred. Along came newer versions of firmware which were sometimes successful in letting me continue a print after a declared USB error. My latest move has been to reformat the USB stick every time before putting a new file on it. I haven't had a USB error since. If you're having USB or possible USB errors maybe some of these tricks will help you too.

After chatting with my boss at work, and talking about resins, I got to wondering is there an abs resin? I seem to recall hearing about something along those lines, but I don’t really remember.

*Update for anyone searching for similar priblem in future. It was thr file. I must have missed a step repairing the file when i put it back together. Damn noob!

File or USB? Seems like it's made the supports into a giant solid mass (was only minimal manual added supported print)
Haven't run into this issue before so want to fix the right thing first!
On the brightish side...best adhesion ever lol

I am getting a sagging effect om the edge of the model towards base plate (which means it is sagging upwards on print). This occurs where the supports are pulling on the print.
I was wondering what settings I should alter to correct this?

I have a blue window Photon which is a few months old, recently my prints have been randomly stopping between 1-5%: the fan stops, the LCD remains on the print status screen and responds to button presses. I've tried pausing and unpausing but it makes no difference. I can stop the print and go back to the main menu, but I cannot raise the build plate unless I power cycle the printer.

I'm also using a decent branded USB stick (I have a new one coming in the post tomorrow to rule it out).

Any idea what the problem could be?
