Ok, guys... My saga of failed printer continues =(

Still having the reboot problem...

I previously posted about my printer getting to the first layer, then rebooting. I was told to first try updating the firmware so I did just that. The firmware that I put on was:

V4.2.5_LCD.0/1440x2560/F2.6 (System: Photon 5.5)

I releveled (paper method), then decided to try to dry print the STL that it failed on. It ran through the motions perfectly.

Today, I decided to try to print the same STL (only thing I modified is the supports and base exposure time after doing some education on those topics).

The print got to the first layer, beeped twice, then did the first layer again. It did this for maybe three attempts (try a layer, beep twice, repeat) when the printer shut off and turned back on again.

I left the machine on, in that state, while I removed the build plate and vat for cleaning. During my cleaning, the printer rebooted yet again (it had been sitting idle the whole time).

What do I do next? I'm not really enjoying my experience, so far =/

You can see the significant shift in the layers on the rocket fin as well an the slight out of square tilt of the build plate. There are no solid pieces in the resin vat and no pieces that fell off of the rocket. What could have caused it to shift like this? The build plate is tight and I can't move it without loosening the screw.

Anyone got a list of the stuff you need for post processing after the print is done? Dont know the resin process, thinking you need a chamber for acetone vapor...., got a website or something that walks you through the process?

I was able to make a purple without needing very long exposures. My super-secret recipe (don't tell anyone):

100g of eSun Bio Red.
4 drops of Castin's Craft Opaque Blue.
10 drops of Castin's Craft Opaque White.

Exposure is 8 seconds on an EPAX X1 for 50 micron, or 10 seconds for 100 micron (this photo is of 100 micron).

For Photon, not sure - try 20-30% more exposure. Maybe 11 seconds for 50 micron and 14 seconds for 100 micron.

4 base layers of 90 seconds should be good for 100 micron. I did 60 seconds and it was not reliably enough.

Elegoo gray. Started getting a weird problem all of a sudden after a series of good prints. horizontal band across my prints (but not at the same layer?) all of these printed at once side by side flat on bed. Noticed I have some very small holes in the model as well near the band. Was about to look into it and figured I would ask the hive mind. Praise be!
