I've got some issues with the Wanhao Grey. Hopefully some of you guys can figure out what's going on.

I bought a bottle of Wanhao Grey to test it. Having gotten it dialed in, it printed... Not super great, but okay. Being happy enough with it I ordered another bottle, and that was where the trouble began...

The first bottle was black plastic, with the resin curing to a very black, somewhat transparent, finish. The new bottle was different. Slightly larger and made from metal, with the resin curing to an opaque grey finish. Well... Cured... Not really, to be honest, even after curing it for nearly an hour it's still pretty tacky to the touch.

Worse, the majorities of the prints I've done with the new resin have been failures with the supports failing to attach to the object.

Figuring that I was probably underexposing the resin, I re-leveled the plate and ran a calibration test. And honestly... I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Even at the right-most end of the scale there seems to be details missing.

So...

What do you guys think? Have any of you experienced such difference in the (supposedly) same resin? And what do you think of the calibration test - do I need even more exposure?

My current settings are 15 seconds exposure (55 seconds on 8 bottom layers) and 50 micron layers.

Does anyone know where I can get a physical one of these? The prices for Shapeways, etc... are extortionate and I can't print one myself because I don't want to start using my printer until I have the air filtration in place.

hola amigos, anteriormente logre imprimir esta misma figura y salio bien en la resina roja, ahora los soportes salieron cortados y faltan pedazos de mi impresión, la misma calidad en los detalles ha disminuido, algun consejo sobre los tiempos de exposición o cual sera el problema? no se si es mi percepción o mi resina esta un poco mas espesa, ayuda porfavor ?
