I have a love-hate relationship with my Photon

Previous to this pics shown below I had a perfect print.

The next print was same models same setting same resin, the only thing that had changed was the way the models were arranged and the different numbers of each. 50% stuck to the FEP, the rests had large resin flaps or gaps and cracks.

AAAARRGGHH!

Seems more of a mystic art than a science to me, I'm baffled

I design and print 3D boardgame tokens and I want to offer these for sale. My main concern is the long term quality of the UV resin (Elegoo Grey). Is there any reference about material degradation when spray painted, varnished and (probably) stored in box?

For the simple moddels I have made a silicone mold and PU resin cast. Works great when there is a flat surface and concave shape, but it's not that easy for irregular shapes. Air bubbles result in a high fail rate too (both the mold and the cast).

So I’ve had a failed print due to a small bit of cured resin accidentally left in vat and now the FEP is covered in cured resin. What’s the best way to clean it off without damaging the FEP?
