FEP sheets.... what thickness are most people running with? Just bought 100 micron sheets... maybe I should have gone 150’s?

Also, can they be too tight??

Hey guys, I’m noticing recently that after each layer, when my plate pulls away from the fep, it’s making a sound which is clearly the cured resin pulling away from the fep but that it’s struggling a bit to do so. The prints are turning out good in most cases but I’m curious what could be the cause. Is my exposure time perhaps too high? Could it have to do with the tension of my fep? Any insight would be great

First print of my Photon S. It seems to have a 4 second off time (I thought it would be 4.5). The bed level seemed pretty easy. The print turned out fine I think. I want to do some performance testing and compare it to an EPAX (besides the plastic case ;) ).

Any idea what is the cause? I printed the red part with my older 3d printer. As you can see in the photos grey part printed with photon is off about 0.5mm in Z axis. This is very consistent in my last couple of tests. Sliced with anycubic slicer 1.3.3.
