Hey! So I've set my machine up and successfully managed to print the test cube and a few parts files I have designed... All went perfectly well and I was super happy. I then emptied the resin vat back into the container and cleaned the vat and the build plate using kitchen towel and a little ipa.

This seemed to work fine, I polished up the fep with a micro fibre cloth to remove any cloudy ipa marks, but the fep appears to be covered in a quantity of micro scratches such as you would see on an older pair of glasses lenses. They're only visible if you hold the vat up to a light source, it appears clear when viewed normally.

Will this negatively impact printing, and what did I do incorrectly? I can of course replace the fep film but I assume that it's intended to last longer than one clean!

Hey guys, I'm currently printing with 100s for 8 base layers but I've read that that is too much is there a test or something that I can run to know my Right first layer Base?
(I'm printing at 100 because the column test that I did worked well)

Figured out the errors and successfully printed two tests with anycubic green resin. Used the same settings from the photon cube on the monocure rook.
Thanks for the help guys.
I’d love to dial it in for 0.025mm next.

Does anyone here have experience printing with the anycubic Red? I can hardly find info on it except that it does exist and saw a print of a rose... Wonder how it compare to the basic green. Thank you

Is resin really brittle? Or am I doing something wrong/heavier handed than I thought?

I'm using Monocure Rapid Grey atm to print some miniatures. Swords, bows, etc are breaking off constantly, and it doesn't feel like I'm mistreating them (Except for the very first one, which I learned my lesson, I thought)

I'm curing them till they don't feel tacky anymore. Maybe I'm misreading the feel or something, I don't know.

It's getting very annoying to me haha
