Finally got a chance to do a test print on the replacement printer. Looks good and no mechanical/electronics issue that I have seen so far.

Cleaned up and cured. I’m happy.

Hey, im a bit of a noob at this dlp stuff so far. What could be causing this layer skip? I tried relevelling the print bed but its super hard to get flat, could my z0 be set too low? Cheers.

Silly question. I noticed tonight that I have what appears to be moisture under the vat and on the LCD. So I take the vat off, drain it, check the LCD...there is moisture but it does not feel like resin. I clean it up with IPA, make sure it is spotless and dry. Drain the VAT, verify that is clean both top and bottom and dry. I use my air compressor to make sure the bottom is really dry. Fill it with IPA and lit it sit on a blue paper towel. No leaks and no moisture is appearing on the paper towel. I put the VAT back in, run a 15 min print of some bases for miniatures and come back to it looking like it is wet on the LCD. Remove the vat and again there is moisture there. What am I missing. I replaced my FEP yesterday.

Hi everyone! So while making an extraction set up for my photon i discovered inline extractor fans are really expensive.

So i made this adaptor to turn a cheap 120mm PC fan into an inline extractor to use with my 4" ducting.

Very pissed.

I've seen people with the same problem happen.....I was removing my vat and the suction of the FEP has pulled up my screen. I carefully put it back in but their must have been a disconnection with the screen's connector and now it is not displaying correctly, barely any masking.

What do I do!!?????

My immediate response is to get in touch with the supplier as I've had it less than a year. I find it ridiculous that such a key part is secured so poorly, appears to be very thin double sided tape.

Anyone have a tried and true setting for Anycubic Black? Our of this bed, only 1 item printed. Went back to the green (with settings from Google Doc), and printed proper...different bed layout mind you so not 100% apples to apples. But that at least validate a level bed I would assume.

Had craziest print fail overnight. After a fantastic print earlier.
All I got was a plate of support bottoms. No supports bar one in the centre with no model at all. 100% failed.
