After a few prints I have noticed that I was getting a layer of cure resin under my tray. (I am going to say that isn't good)

Took it out, cleaned it and dried it, pour water into it and waited a few hours to see if there was any leaks. None I could find, put it back in did a full print. Went to do another, it failed so I checked under the tray and the layer was there again. Is this an issue with my FEP or the housing, or maybe this is normal?

Okay both of these are from same print I'm printing, I'm finding when I fill buildplate up with big batch on outer edge I will get one failure in this one it was 3 out of 12.
Does anyone have any ideas on this it would be greatly appreciated thanks

I have left in the VAT a bit of Anycubic black.
In lack of possibilities i purchased Monocure Rapid black.

Now have 2 questions with hope get answers from you:
1. Can i mix Anycubic with Monocure ?
2. By same parameters aside the resin brand should i be abble to go with 8.5seconds by 0.025 layer for Monocure ?

Point 2 is specialy interesting as it would save me to run all models again trough the slicer.

Hi guys. I haven't printed in months but right now every time the plate rise, I can hear the FEP making unsticking sounds. Did I set the home axis too low? The paper I used to test was easy enough to pull back but not to push forward between plate and the LED (I followed Nick Williams 's video.) Pic related, the guy I'm printing at the moment. Should I cancel printing while it's still early and reconfigure? Thanks in advance.
Other info: I cleaned the FEP on both sides and the LED with 90% IPA.

Hey people! Have a rather difficult problem to solve. I have printed something that you can see in the pictures which is very delicate. It turned out perfectly. The problem i have is that if i print the other half of the model, some support for the spikes doesn't print at all. How can these thin spikes print perfectly while sometimes the support failes to print? The bottom layers also print perfectly so it's leveled pretty good. It's Wanhao Black resin at 18.5 seconds per layer. More is overexposure ?
