Is it normal to get results this different from the same resin on the same day?

Also, my results seem to be very different from the community settings sheet. Is that normal? (Phrozen Gray) attached tests are for 50 microns, which the community sheet has at 9.5 sec.

Sorry for all the questions, this is my first time trying to dial in the settings for a new resin. Thanks!

For those that have set up a charcoal filtration system for the photon or shuffle such as the one I posted about a year ago here is a hack to replace the charcoal cheaply. After 1 year the charcoal was not filtering the resin odor anymore. This took 20 minutes.

Remove the 3 screws at the top of the canister.
Carefully remove the metal top (the metal is sharp)
Clip around the rivets holding the mesh screen to the plastic ring.
Remove the black plastic ring.
Unfurl the nylon
Dump the old charcoal out being careful not to dislodge the inner metal mesh ring.
Fill with new charcoal.
Replace the nylon over the top.
Replace the plastic ring
Replace the metal cover and the 3 screws.
Done

Those who have changed the USB you use. How did you prepare it?

I got a 16GB replacement formatted as FAT32 (same as original) with all of the original files copied over. My photon boots fine but once I insert the drive the touchscreen stops responding

Does the Photon have issues with USB drives above 4GB?
