Hi all. After a long time without using the photon, I disassembled the z axis to solve the whobble effect. and voila, print again. but I notice that he has that whobble again.
I have seen users that change the z-axis carriage and even the extruded aluminum to avoid the whobble. Any recommendation ?

This is a Moai with FTD resin.

Hello all...Total noob here to 3D printing. Just got the Photon and all seemed to go well with initial setup/leveling. Looks like they sent me a bum USB stick, however, so I am trying to 'make do' by downloading the software and test images from the website and then use my own USB drive. I loaded the test cube into the slicing software and all looked good, so I saved it off to my own USB stick and loaded it up into the printer. It seemed to take and read the stick all the way up to 99% and has been sitting there ever since (25 minutes now). I'm not sure what the 'norm' is, so can anyone here give me some insight? Thanks in advance for the help!

Whether this is your hobby or your profession unfortunately failure is an option! Fortunately you're running a duplicator machine unfortunately you can duplicate the failure. Fortunately because you can duplicate the failure you can eventually isolate the failure and move on. When the failures happened welcome them because they may be teaching you how to evade that failure on a future much more important project. I consider failure the steps of a stairway ascending to knowledge!
