Incoming difficult print.

Is there a reason that one of these would print beautifully, but when I put 8 together on the build plate, with enough room between them that nothing, including the base layer, is touching, they fail? If one works, shouldn't I be able to do multiples?

So here is my first print.
I made it small (approx 20mm high).
I tilted it back 45 degrees and did small supports. I noticed that when i removed these that it left little "pock" marks wherever they made contact. Im assuming this can be reduced in making the contact points smaller?

Also, do you think i needed to tilt it 45' or prints with flat bases, i can print them straight off the plate?

Guys if my right exposure for the 0.05 test is 12s and I want to download it to 0.04 because I read that 0.05 is wrong for the motors should I increase or decrease the exposure, and how much?
