When setting/saving the z=0 with the paper method the start of the print will cause the buildplate arm to hit the wall of the vat and cause a wonky start. The green resin that came with the machine had no problems with this, but the anycubic orange will not stick to the plate no matter how long the exposure time and how many starting layers you add.
So i did some dry runs and noticed this.
It is not possible to calibrate with the vat present because there is no clearance between the arm and the vat.
Will add spacers to the buildplate arm to gain height. Or should I just sand a bit of the wall of the vat?
I read people are having the same issue.
Any other fixes?

I'm trying to print this coach I've recently made but every time I print, no matter what the orientation, the corners warp. This is happening before curing.
I'm using Monocure Rapid Grey at 11s per layer, 8 bottom layers at 120s and printing at 0.05mm.
Does anyone know what this could be?
I've tried lots of different orientations and there is no way this model could have suction issues. You can also see I've added a lot of heavy supports and also thickened the walls of the model to 1mm to be sure they're stable.
My build plate hasn't been sanded but models still stick well, they're not hard to get off with the plastic spatula though. You'll also notice some layer movement on the side of the coach.
Any help would be highly appreciated as I'd like to get this model finished!

Hi All, got my Photon yesterday, and managed to print this 1/76 scale figure. I also had 2 other figures on the tray, but they failed. The support was present, but the figures weren't. Don't know if that's enough info as to what I could do differently? I used medium support with 15sec exposure time.
