Anxious 9 hours later and print came out well.
Luckily i added myself some tiny supports in critical zones.
But have to say Photon Slicer sucks in adding supports.
Some overhangs didn't had a support, but even worse some support-connections went directly trough the model.
Overall it took me longer to twitch supports in Photon Slicer then it would have taken my to do it manually in Rhino !

Will try now B9Creator and Meshmixer to see if they provide better work.

Used parameters:
- 0.02 layer thickness
- Anycubic green
- 7.5 seconds exposure
- 1.5 seconds off time
- 10 base layers
- 60 seconds exposure for base layers

I started using Flex100 and I am getting some odd lines. They do not appear to be de-lamination due to peel forces and aren't 100% parallel with my build plate. I can print the same .photon file with the same resin and get different results.

I made sure to empty my vat and shake the resin and then refill, but still get inconsistent results. Anyone have any ideas?

*Edit this is after primer

*update: thank you for all of the responses and help! It sounds like this is most likely due to the amount of time I leave it in the ipa bath. I believe it is has to do with an interaction between the ipa and flex. Testing tonight/tomorrow and will update the thread.

Is it possible to pause a print to check it out and then return to printing it without issue? I assume this is not something that one can do without causing an error in the print.

All 4 'Mechs so far. The Orion ended up smaller than I thought it would but oh well. 250 ml actually goes pretty far since I still have just over 1/3 of the original sample that came with it. Taking a break from printing while I wait for my next batch of resin to get here and to get these all cleaned up. I found out the only things worth hollowing are the torsos as well.

Failed prints increasingly across the plate, could it be a leveling issue?

Or once something stuck to the film, would it mean nearby miniatures also failed?

One row came out relatively okay, one had issues, and then the final row was a sad puddle stuck to the film in the vat.
Two figures are missing entirely.

I believe the supports I made are fine as it's the same 4 figures repeated, and they came out okay in the cases where everything adhered.
The two identical figures just didn't appear at all, so I assume the figure base was not on the actual plate.

Hey guys. Here are my failed prints and their stories... for science and potential explosions. All prints are hollow with 2 mm wall thickness. All printed with 0.05/12/1/65/10 settings
A) pure Rapid Gray - Originally printed and cured with UV lamp a month ago. Pieces broke off during assembly. I posted about it before if you want to see details. Since then I just left it in my open balcony exposed to sunlight. Still feels solid and no cracks but some weak points are easy to break.
B) 1/3 Flex 2/3 Gray - Came out nice except the bottom abs didn't print correctly. This is the part close to the build plate. Since it was a failed print I didn't bother with alcohol bath and UV lamp curing. Just tossed it in my balcony for natural sun 2 or 3 weeks ago. Still fine at this moment (no cracking)
C) 1/3 F 2/3 G - Came out fine except for markings on chest and on the back. UV cured with D and E and then placed inside a box for later assembly. Still intact
D) 1/3 F 2/3 G - Printed a day after C from the same mix in the vat. Came out fine except for markings in palms and top of head. Cured together with D and E. Would still be intact but I just snapped off the finger for strength test. Still breaks, just that it bends first before it does. Squeezed the head and strength is good. Placed in a box after UV with C and E
E) 1/3 F 2/3 G - Printed a day after D from the same mix in the vat. Seemed fine then with some markings. UV cured with C and D. When I removed from the box with C and D, I noticed a large crack on the side. Tested for strength and is snapped in half. Also the feet area looks flaky. Like the crust of a croissant.
F) 1/3 F 2/3 G - Printed Saturday evening, placed didn't put in UV lamp, placed in balcony for natural sun on Sunday morning but it's been cloudy these past couple of days. Checked today and long cracks along the sides.

I'll try to go back to Anycubic Green and see if any of this happens.

Hey Guys,
I need to print a little case with my photon.
So i bought the monocure rapid black. The first test that came out was not really black. It is gray and transparent, which did not change after curing...
Anybody else tried this one or can tell me which resin is not transparent after printing?

Thanks!

Is the third print failed with anycubic clear. Settings 0.05, 11, 6.5, 60, 8. First time one arm print and the first layer rest on the fep. Second time 2 arms, right arm ok left arms only support. Now 2 legs, front leg ok but poor adhesion on the plate, second leg only support and very bad adhesion on the plate. With the anycubic green never a problem.
