Done with mods for now the 60mm rear exhaust fan pipe could use some improvements. I had to flip the main board around to have enough clearance to connect the usb cable. But it looks clean inside.

Anycubic Photon S Front Panel Redesign

What do you think I am looking at moving the usb port to the front and finished that part of the design.
Now the question is to leave or move the power switch as well, or look at how to integrate a heater and switch....

120mm to 80mm fan adapter for photons.

Also have a 2x30mm to 60mm duct that I threw together and sent to the printer. Now just let's see how good my measurements are.

Took the Anycubic S back apart so I could get some measurements for a couple mods.

So I decided to take a few more close up pictures of the new mainboard.

First part is an 80 to 120mm fan adapter for the led heatsink.

I also want to create an updated fume vent as there are now 2 30mm fans pulling air from the chamber.

I was also looking at moving the usb to the front of the unit. One of the advantages of the new plastic frame is its easier to mod.

If you want pictures of anything else let me know I probably won't be putting it back together until Saturday.

Anycubic Photon will be available on a lightning sale again.

So i got my s today. I decided to take a little look inside. They definitely increased the cooling for the LEDs. I may take it apart a bit more but I want to try it out first.

I did notice that the led frame was very loose and moved around. I am not sure if this was intended or happened in shipping but I snuggled them up enough so it no longer moves.

Already have an FDM printer, and am about to pull the trigger on my second printer.

Have the Photon sitting in my shopping cart just not sure if I should get extra resin starting out, or what would work best for minis. I have been going over the github docs and its making me overthink things.

Was thinking about getting extra film, resin strainer, gloves. Not sure if I am over looking things
