Carl White those are layer lines. You can try orientation change and printing at a lower layer level.

I have just printed another file and the print is stepping left to right as you look at the printer

Problem solved.

I tightened all the screws thatnhold the Z rail to the printer and also tightened the FEP by 1/2 on each screw

Any ideas why this is happening?

I have tried saving the file from fusion a couple of times and the same thing keeps happening.

Because my last print had an issue with the supports sticking to the raft can you confirm these settings haven’t changed and are correct please.

Hi all,

I printed this item last night flat on the build plate.

About halfway up the whole print steps to the side, this step is level with height of the large flat top but has affected everything above it.

The reason I printed it flat on the plate is I want the side on the plate to be flat.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all,

I’m looking for some suggestions please.

I’m printing railway coaches in 1:148 scale that need to have an open floor like the one on the right in the picture below.

I was told that this would be problematic for the printer as it would push the sides apart and essentially bulge outwards.

So to remedy this is added a lattice shown below. Now the problem is when removing this the resin is too brittle and cracks.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how I should take this forward.

I have to print the coaches at a 40 degree angle across the bed to allow them to fit in the printer as they are 134 mm long
