Hello all! I am enjoying reading and learning for all of you.

I have a recent issue. I have a mini model of a Orc with a battleaxe I am trying to print. It will only print solid from the base to the platen in the printer. If I print it upright, then the base and supports are about 8mm (1/3 inch) thick.

If I print its tilted back, then there are a few supports at the edge, but when it prints, then it again prints the base solid to the platen. (See pictures below).

Anyone know why this is happening?

Does anyone know where I can maybe find a resin exposure table? I have multiple different brands/colors of resin. I never know what the best settings are.

I'm trying to print some basic shapes without a raft of any kind and I cannot seem to slice the shapes with the included software or Chitubox to include the holes. Is there something obvious I'm doing wrong here?

I've recently seen so much about ventilation, safety masks and the overall stink of the Photon. Is it really that bad? I don't ever even smell the resin, or even feel the need to install a full on ventilation system. I have considered making a carbon filter system just to make it a bit safer but I haven't really implemented much bar using nitrile gloves... Is resin printing really that toxic?

When I have not much resin left in the vat and want to completely use it for another miniature, I print the object on the left or right side of the buildplate and unlevel my printer by 5 degrees, so the resin stays in that corner.

Works perfect! :)
