Hive mind,
I am having this issue with this particular print. I am printing about 20 of these at a time and for some reason there is a strange layer that appears and slices through the parts.

The first time it happened I was certain I knew why it happened. I paused the print like normal to make sure the parts were adhered to the build plate but that time I actually opened the door to look closer. After seeing this I was certain that is what happened, I figured I cured a skin onto the top of my resin pool in my vat and that is where this came from. Except I did it a second time an I never paused it or did anything with it this time and got the same results at the same layer location. The only thing I can think of is that for some reason in the slicer it programmed a brief single layer of UV that went to these areas. Other that that I am stummped. I am going to re-layout the models and re-slice it and see what happens but even assuming that works I want to know why this happend. Anyone have any thoughts?

Question. I had some issues with prints partially failing in a small section. I inpected it and found that there was a a good crease in the fep and a tiny dimple. No leaks but the failures are in that spot. I replaced the FEP and had another failure so replaced it again as i found out my scraper had a sharp edge and made another good crease and dimple. I releveled after all this as I had bumped the table and the printer itself was off. I use sirya blu right now and my settings were great until this. Now it's failing just in general. Supports are staying and the raft is in as well just the main print is not staying. Temps in the room are cooler now too. so the question is can i use a heat gun to warm it up temporarily to get the print to run. Room used to be about 70-74 in temp i'm looking about 68-70 now.

I have had my printer for over a year, used it lots and never felt the need to replace the screen until now but after my printer made a lump almost the entire size of the screen I tried the UV test and although I could see the rectangle pattern I could see the light array below, almost as if the screen was not using full intensity for the black. Has this happened to other users and is it solved by refkashibg the firmware or do I need to replace the screen?
