Brand new LCD screen already failing..

I just got a brand new LCD from Anycubic and after first 4 prints I started to get thin layers showing and on 7 print I started getting theen sheet layering sticking out on the model.. This is showing screen with UV test you can see area that should be black is showing UV light through.

Is it possible to successfully print parts with small narrow cavities - such as channels for M2 screws? I've noticed that there is always resin left inside and it's not possible to clean is out either as it forms a hardened rounded pool at the bottom of the cavity - seems like some resin just stays in there which makes sense.

What can I use to get like a solid orange for dye, can't seem to find the proper orange, trying to do a emblem for Edmonton oilers, I have clear but don't want a transparent look

Don't know if anyone else does this but thought I'd share something I tried which works for me.

Cleaning resin vat from any floating bits of cured resin. Took the vat out (oh and the resin was the translucent anycubic green so should work for any other translucent resins) and can see tiny bits of cured resin floating in there.

Got the syringe I use and just sucked up the resin and floating bits. Then just put a filter funnel over the resin tank and put the contents of the syringe in there. Filtered out all the bits and didn't have to do a full on vat clean :)

Ugh, snowflakes. And I mean printing out snowflakes for a friend of mine. She wants 'em big, like the long-way width of the print bed big. Supports are driving me INSANE. Sure, I could print one at a time at an angle, and 12+ hours each... or try and line them straight up to do multiples and have a ton of inter-model supports. Advice? Ideas? Experience?

So this is what happens when I forget to add more resin to the vat, a headless Boo. So pissed at myself for not checking in on it earlier. Yes it is a solid piece and not hollowed, that's what I want. It was looking so good, have to try it again tomorrow.
