Two-part Question: My prints do not feel tacky after the wash, does that mean they don’t need to spend any time in the cure box? And if so, does this mean my exposure times are set too high?

A few questions from a new photon owner... when I ordered my photon I (stupidly) added “resin” to my order which ended up being a 250g bottle. I’ve since ordered a kg bottle. Question 1: when switching brands of resin how low do you let the vat get? I have no clue how low I can let it get and still have it print well. Question 2: do you typically stick to a single resin so you can just pour more in the vat and avoid wastage? I assume you do not mix resins... thanks!

First non-comment post; I've checked a few things on this but wanted to get a feel from others.

Is there anything that could cause the suction between the fep and the build plate to be abnormally high? I'm having issues where the build is breaking from its supports about 11-20% in.

-recalibrated Z=0
-recently changed FEP(but it did this
beforehand)
-tightened all screws and bolts(no wobble)
-I have never sanded the plate (2 months of prints with no issue)
-I am noticing pin punches in the FEP where it seems like the supports are warping the film during printing.

In my head the only things left that could be at issues are:
My supports need to be stronger, or my Z is too close to the FEP

Any thoughts or experiences that could help?

I have tried printing this Rook about 4 times now. First 2 times was directly on the bed, those failed. Next 2 i raised and added supports, these only print the supports the rest is on the fep. Anycubic green.
