So I'm have this squeak on the down stroke. It's been coated with White Lithium grease (so much so that the excess builds up on the bottom). I've tightened everything up from thr screws that hold the step motor to the red aluminum plate to the ecentric screw. It only does it at this height or higher. It only seems to happen during prints and not if I move the carriage up or down. I can't find much on this one other than suggestions to grease it up.

Any advice for a newbie in regards to printing mechanical parts with minimal shrinkage/growth that will still fit/work together when printed? For example, pegs that will still fit into the correct peg holes.

Today is not my day, first I forgot to tighten the Z plate (first two pics) took a while to clean the stuff stuck to the FEP off, retuned it and reset the home position. Pressed start again and went to other room, heard super loud popping sounds and though wow, that's adhering well.. checked a bit later and noticed the tank popping up too. Had forgotten to screw the tank back in place (Pics 3 and 4) ? FML
