so what's a good uv lamp to have and use? can you use a black light for one? i know they are uv related..but not the best..any help would be appreciated..

Hi! I’m experiencing some warping/curling issues after printing.

I’m trying to print a small slab (48x16x1.6mm) with some text engraved, they mostly print great but when it’s time to wash and cure, they warp a lot. I’ve tried printing directly on the bed, at an angle, parallel to the bed with supports and the result is similar, lots of warping.

Do you have any advice?

The last one I tried looked pretty good, I washed it and let it to dry, had to leave it for a few hours uncured and when I came back it was very warped.

Im using eSun hard-though resin, at 4s exposure time, 20s bottom exposure with 3 layers and 0.05mm layer height on a Photon S printer.

So a large print failed last night. So I've tried cleaning up the basin. There was some resin hardened on there. Not sure how that happens. But with some ICP and some spray that cleans resin away, I was able to get most of it off.
There are still these little tiny specks of it though. I am having trouble getting them off the clear part.
Any suggestions? Or are they okay to leave on there?
And is that "smudge" okay?

So my first ever print, the anycubic test print, failed. It split between the base and model itself. So is it something I've done wrong, or just bad luck? I didn't slice the model or change any settings, resin is the anycubic supplied, model is straight off of the (new) USB... Didn't even bother with the one supplied!
