Asking for pics if anyone has them of two models with clear or trans-green resin side by side with one solid and one hollowed out.

This may be a lazy ask as I could just test but I’m really curious about how it compares visually. I want to do some specific translucent models (large) and I know the solid will give the exact look I want but don’t understand how the Hollows will refract light.

I was having trouble with my first few tries as I was printing in the balcony and some light was leaking in. This time I put it in the bathroom and left it printing all night instead of outside. It doesn’t seem any light got in and the resin in the tank looked fine afterwards ?

They look way better with the new support settings. Snapping them off was a breeze and no visible connections on the support spots ?

One weird thing was that one of the dragons somehow ignored either my hollowing out or the hole I put in the bottom or both. (Or maybe I forgot to hollow). Retained a bunch of resin inside.

I added holes and they seem to have worked on the others although I can’t visibly see the holes on the print, weird.

Only bad thing is that somehow all of them made little flat plates on the back of their heads, not sure why. Has anyone encountered something similar?

OK, I messed up somehow with Chitubox. I am on a Mac and was frustrated that I couldn't zoom in like I saw on the youtube demos. Started checking settings and realized the scroll roller on my mouse was turned off in settings. Turned it on and went back to Chitubox. Rolled the ball and my image went completely off screen and I can't get back. I tried loading a new file but it doesn't appear. I uninstalled Chitubox and reloaded it but still nothing when I open a file. Any thoughts???

Printed two molds and casted pewter in those. First was just mold, second mold was surrounded with cold water. End result was like my fishingtrips, got some experience ?

Salmon skin effect on prints? Thought that would have only been An issue on my FDM printers. Is this being cause from the z motor holding resonance? Would a TL smoother solve this?

A random speed-sculpt of the day: a fish ? this is what normal people do during the weekend...right? Pretty excited to have a few days just to practice and test out new things without having a deadline. Just a few more weeks and then I can start my personal projects... and maybe even print something for fun. Oh, and fix the z-wobble. Yuck.
