If you have a print fail halfway through--and fall off the bed (This is a small model)--does this mean your exposure time is too HIGH for normal exposure? Right now my settings are:

Layer Thickness: 0.05

Normal Exposure: 12

Off time: 1

Bottom Exposure: 90

Bottom layers: 10

When I pull out the print--the raft and supports will be there and half a model (I have it angled at 45 degrees)--but it appears at some point I lose adhesion to the bed. I'm not sure how to resolve this--as it obviously has enough 'stick' early in the print process.

I F*cked up I needed to change the fep so I took out the old sheet put on one of the 2 sheets that came with the photon put all the screwis in tightened the fep then started trying to print only to end in fail after fail I look at the fep and relize that it still has a protective film on it does anybody know how to get the film off an installed fep?

Good Morning! Thank you already for the amazing help I have received here. My photon has new firmware that is working properly and preventing me from having a nervous breakdown :]

I also have a 3D printed funnel to prevent hand cramping while trying to pour the resin from the vat back into the bottle while holding the filter up and away from the bottle attempting to center it. I am going to save a lot of resin.

Life is good!! Now, on to printing miniatures. Would you consider this a difficult miniature to support and what software would you use to create the supports? The Photon slicer's auto support didnt even catch 2 of the legs.

In ChiTuBox, is "light off delay" the same "Time Off" on the settings spreadsheet or in the default slicer?

EDIT: Right! Thanks to Tiernan , we are now moving. I got the vat out with the plate, and the Z axis now moves smoothly with nothing attached. Was the suction just too great? It did not want to move at all!
Hi guys, I think I might have a problem. Just came to check on a print and it was at 1% with a blank screen after 15 mins. I stopped it, and went to raise the plate manually, and it just whirrs and stays submerged in the resin. Is my motor dead? 翻譯年糕
