Hi all, just got my Anycubic Photon. Having a little issue trying upgrading the firmware.

The current FW is 4.2.3. I have downloaded 4.2.17 and 4.2.18 and tried the following with both with no succes.

1) Put files on USB
2) Print the update.LCD file -> Printer restarts
3) After restart the printer shows that the USB is empty so i cannot print the .bin file.

I have also tried manually restarting printer and then printing the .bin file directly. But no upgrade seems to happen.

Do I need to upgrade to an earlier FW first or what could be the problem?

In a previous post, I asked about "staining" on the surface of my parts. Turns out the staining pattern is almost identical on all 3 parts in size, shape and location. After I removed my Vat I discovered that my LCD Screen was REALLY stained up. Not sure what caused that or how it happened but I'm now reprinting the part after cleaning it and will report back if the "stains" are gone now. See video this 22 second video for context.

Question about resin inside the printer... I went to refill my vat, and accidentally spilled some on the outside during a print. It ended up draining down the shaft area and out the bottom...

Should I disassemble and clean it, or is that OK?
*none got on or in the screen area.
