I feel it necessary to give credit where credit is due. For all of the Problems I have had with my AnyCubic Photon, there support and willingness to "make it right" is perhaps the best I have ever encountered from a Company. The replacement Screen they sent me to replace the defective one in my new machine has a large scratch on the bottom of it. They are also going above and beyond and sending a replacement for that along with new FEP and a new bottle of Resin. Below is the Email reply I got from them after sending them a link to my YouTube video about the Bad Resin included with my new printer.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue for the first time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to help us check the machine. The green resin we sent you because of the different batches of suppliers, there are few cases that can not be printed successfully, this is our problem, we want to work hard to make up for it and reduce the damage caused to you.

From your description, the machine is working properly when you use other resins, so it is most likely due to resin problems，caused printing fail. In order to avoid unsuccessful printing of green resin, could you choose another color of resin and tell us that we will send you a new resin as soon as possible.

In addition, the new 2K screen has scratches, which may be caused by damage during factory loading or logistics. Please don't worry, we will re-issue a 2K screen and FEP film for you. Hope with the new resin and After the 2K screen is replaced, your machine will work perfectly.

Could you tell me your shipping address? We will send you new accessories and resins as soon as possible.

Anyone have any links to replacing the "TOUCH SCREEN"? All the screen replacement video is for the curring screen, no mater how I search....Its going to be easy but i just wanted to see if anyone have any heads up on the process . Thanks.

First results with the plant-based Anycubic resin on the S. Don't mind the back, I'm still learning how to place supports. Overall nice settings but I think they can be optimized for greater detail. The figure is 5 cm in height. I am thinking about increasing the exposure time a bit.
