I am trying to dial in my photon support settings for printing tabletop minis. I have no problem printing them, but i am get deep scars where the support connects. So I was hoping somebody could share some experiences with supports for minis especially their contacts settings.

Hey guys, I’m having a few problems with my prints. I wanted to ask: what are the most common causes of a print not sticking to the plate?

Im using a Photon S with the demo green resin shipped with the printer.
My prints appear stuck to the fep sheet rather than the plate.

So far to try and remedy this I’ve:

Levelled the build plate. Standard paper method. Can’t push the paper toward the printer but can pull it away with evenly distributed resistance. Screw tightened and Z=0.
Tightened the screws slightly to increase surface tension on the FEP sheet.
Increased bottom layer exposure to 80secs. Seems high for the default clear green resin but thought it worth trying.

Help would be greatly appreciated, Its starting to drive me nuts... I’m using Chitubox to slice with the supplied memory stick. I tested with another usb stick with no luck either.

Looking for a little advise to resolve this. Using Anycubic Black @ 0.05 layers, 16s exposure with 5s off. The print is perfect except there are "bumps" where the supports were touching. I'm not sure if it's exposure time, or if I need to increase the angle the part is placed? Any ideas? Thanks or suggestions!
