Super happy to finally see this baby printed. I commissioned this Pazuzu statue a while back and haven’t got around to printing it. Only thing is I used a lot of supports with sphere ends and they were all difficult to remove. If anyone has some solid chitubox support parameters I’d love to see them.

I have a support question, the 2 hair areas centered around the face have no supports at the moment and I really don't want support bases on the face. So should I add supports to it or will it error and not print them? or Should I rotate the file to be able to support them?

Well, after back to back fails on the same STL, I decided to upgrade my firmware to the newest version (with AA), and switch to Chitubox.

My flying car finally printed great and the AA is clearly improving the surface.

I did have one issue though. I exposed the Anycubic Green to the settings for the Anycubic black. Model came out great looking with no problems EXCEPT the moving cockpit lid won't close.

I'm gonna re-slice, scale up a bit, fix my settings, but was wondering, has anyone printed this with the top successfully moving? Can you detail what you did?

has anyone found a more 'damage resistant' FEP? or know how to extend the ware time as my most recent print has a matt bit on the face of the print and dont want to replace till i know how to extend the lifespan?

Anyone use monoprice rapid red? No matter what settings I use, I cannot get a successful print. It will lay down the base and support, but that is it. Nothing is sticking to the support

I went out to pull a print off of the plate, and the touch screen was just white, blank screen. Turning it off than on again fixed it. The next print was only 2 hours, but at the end, the screen was blank white, with a blue bar running through it. Off and on again fixed it. This morning I go out there, set up a print, started it, and the touch screen went immediately blank, but it is printing. Anyone have this issue, with a fix?

Edit: Yep, the cable was coming loose; all fixed, took about 7 minutes. :)
