Printing 28mm minis. If I print one or two at a time, I get a really good success rate. As soon as I print 6-8 at a time, usually 1 or 2 are successful. The rest fail (just left with supports). Am I asking too much, or do just need to change a setting somewhere?

Another newbie question. And looking back through previous posts, this hasn't been answered completely so I'm a bit baffled.

Brand new printer and I plucked up the courage to try the test lattice print. Levelled fine, did the paper routine, pressed Z=0 and was asked if I wanted to continue. Pressed Yes but didn't get a beeped acknowledgement (Manual said to press OK but that wasn't an option).

Happy with that, I raised the Z axis to reinsert the resin vat, added resin and clicked on print. The Z did not move down into the vat to start printing but began where the build plate currently was. The build plate was so high out of the vat that I could see the shadow of the first base layer in the vat.

I've stopped the print and restarted with the build plate moved down into the vat so I'll see if there is any success but should I have to move the plate back down or should the printer move it to Z=0 at the start of the print ? Have I missed a step of prep ? As the file was on the USB, I assume that the GCODE has all the relevant preparation lines.

This is a new problem for me, anyone have any ideas what settings I should tweak? I just switched my FEP and everything sounds and looks ok the first layers but once it gets past the "base" of the supports it just gets stuck on the FEP instead.. Consdering I print at 0.01mm it manages quite a few layers before it fails so it isn't the usual problem where it doesn't stick to the build plate at all.

hello guys i have trouble on my photon.

1 months ago i write to support and they sent me new motherboard, i put today, and machine says t_100 l_40 error if i replace lcd pin to reverse t_100 l_43.

how can i fix my trouble?

Hey guys, ive bought a new photon and every print ive ran has either partially or fully disconnected from the build plate at different stages throughout my print.

I switched out the build plate with one from my old printer and the prints work fine. This led me to sanding and scoring the new buildplate to increase adhesion but there has been no success.

I also have increased bottom layer exposure time to up 150 seconds and still no success...

Ive re-leveled the bed multiple times and have no idea so help would be greaaattllllyyy appreciated.

I have an issue where resin will leak through the bottom of the vat. It is only a tiny amount of resin leaking through. It forms a ring around the lcd that just needs a quick wipe. All the screws are as tight as they can be and there is no creases around the edge of the fep. The resin is seeping under the sides of the vat and then down around the metal. Is this a case where I should just buy a new vat?
