Finally I'm very happy with my sculpt, now is time to start printing test
Will be 1/6 with real hair, as custom replacement for the hot toys

I think .03 layer is enough for fine details

Whats the most common reason a layer fails in the middle of a print and then the other half keeps printing in the bottom of the vat?

First time photon user so bare with me.. I had a failed print and didn't realize the material might be cured to the bottom of the resin vat and so, I tried to print again which also failed. I understand the issue now and what I should have done differently after the first fail, but how do I get this stuff off the bottom of my vat? It seems really caked on there.. Thanks!

Hi guys, just starting out with a bottle of Elegoo Grey. I've managed some nice prints at 0.05mm with 15s exposure, currently trying one at 14.5s. Has anyone got a good exposure time starting point for 0.02mm or 0.025mm layer height?

I've got my new Photon set up, but am hesitant to start my first print. I'm set up in a garage with fluorescent overhead lighting. I can block out most, if not all, of the natural light that might come in (hurricane shutters) but do I need to use some other kind of light while I'm working/cleaning up/etc...? I've heard that fluorescents can have some impact on resin, but wasn't sure if it was a long exposure kind of thing or if I need to be paranoid about it. Any input is greatly appreciated.
