Hello.

Question to people in the UK:

How do you charge for your service? Is it per 1g,1ml, hours or maybe by amount of parts? Does the material make any difference in the way you set the price? Do price includes removing supports and cleaning surface from leftovers? Many thanks in advance.

Tried to print the castle today with Siraya Blu.
As you can see aal the towers failed and part of the arches.
I'm going to try again, this time with 13 second layers (as per Siraya user guide) and AA turned off. See if that helps.

Hi fellow photon users, desperately seeking some advice. I'm using my Photon S with chitubox to slice and so far having a lot of success. However at a certain point going up my prints I'm getting quite severe print lines as circled in red. However above and below that point in the print having no such issues. Model is printed at 45 degrees so lines are parallel with the Z axis. Any guidance or advice on what it could be?

Ok all , looking at the resin calibration on got hub, understand it all apart from what, adjustments need to be made for the best print, ie “multiply the number by your normal layer time to obtain the exposure time of that column” can someone explain what to do? I am having a senior moment ( it’s lasted the last 5 years) ?
Please in layman’s terms! ?

Hi everyone!!!
I'm really new about dlc printers...
Some days ago I received my Photon, and easily printed the demonstrative cube.
Yesterday I start to print a dwarf miniature with layer high of 0.025... the miniature always detach (2 tentatives) from the bed at about 1/3 of the print, I use standard settings from the slicer photon program.
So, I don't understand the reason of that issue, probably I miss something...
Ideas?

# Harzlabs Model Grey - 50um layers - 8s/layer - Photon Classic

Amazing precision across the build plate (but in my experience stay away from the outmost squares, especially if you're not printing directly on the printer bed i.e. using supports).

For my first aligner cases I went with 11s/layer (13-17s/layers recommended by Harz labs), which worked flawlessly. But who wants a print that's 0,5%-1% off when you can achieve a near perfect print across the majority of the printer bed? ? ? ?

Has anyone ever seen anywhere that sells a machined clear acrylic vat? Would help to see if a print is actually working long before the build plate gets high enough to see.
