Its amazing how the expenses add up with these printers lol. Printer arrived yesterday and now i've ordered a UV curer and a magnetic mixer (to use with methylated spirits).

Ok, so I guess it WAS too easy. 2nd print was this Ogre. As you can see adhesion to the bed was no problem (the base of all the supports is there as far as I can tell), and thus I don't know what the problem was, if someone could please help I'd greatly appreciate it!

Siraya Blu. 05mm height, 12 seconds per layer, 60 seconds bottom layer with 4 layers. Photo of it in Chitubox and photo of what printed before I saw it and hit the panic button...I very carefully added medium supports, used the validator and added a support on absolutely every island.

So I've tried to print this with supports twice now, each time it fails.

I usually have it angled between 40-45 degrees and with these settings, I will upload a pic when my print screen stops being weird :)

The problems so far have been 1st go nothing but supports, I then remembered medium supports where a factor and adding more.

This half worked but then not the whole length of the ship printed right and it ended up with a curve on it.

Any suggestions ?

Greetings from Torres Vedras, Portugal! I've been following the group for some time and this is my first post to show my first print. Everything by the book and it went well in my opinion.

Photon S received yesterday after waiting more than a month for it. All I can say is that I was *very* patient, although several times I almost cancelled my order... Anyway, it arrived and I have a lot to learn from you.

Just a question for now: I received 2.5 liters of Anycubic white, and I would like to color some of it to grey. Any advice on a liquid dye for the purpose?

How long can you leave a finished print on the build plate without affecting it? I wouldn't be able to get back to take it off the build plate for 6 hours to clean and cure it... is this too long?
