I have attempted this print 3 times tonight. Each one adjusted slightly. I'm using Anycubic Clear with Monocure Pigment added in. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? The support platform attaches fine. But something goes wrong as the first coin begins to print. It also tests 100% in the validator.

Well, first test print was a bust. I followed the instructions, leveled the plate, etc and then told it to print the standard cubic test pattern. I gave it a few hours to let the plate rise above the level of the resin and when I checked there was nothing attached to the plate. Suggestions?

In stock the plate come with aluminium brush kind of texture. Over time this scratches fill with cured resin and this effect first layer stickness for next print.

And people recommend to sand the plate so it restore the brush texture and maximum the stickness of the first layer.

Am i right?

How much would you say it can be reused?

I've been using it in an ultrasonic cleaner since day one (few weeks) and it was starting to cloud quite a bit. I put it under the UV in hope to cure/precipitate the dissolved resin and then filter it out, as Ive seen done with IPA.

Not sure it quite worked out: it turned yellow/brown-ish and didn't filter any particles really.
Could it still be reused in this state?

I have been using Siraya blu for functional mechanical parts wondering if there is even better tough resin with more abs characteristics. Blu is fine but still little brittle and not good for high temperature

Well, that cracked screen was way worse than I imagined... Observe the failure that resulted. Ten hours gentlemen... Ten hours. Oh well, looks like I'm down for a week until the new screen shows up.
