Anyone have any luck sourcing a build plate in the US? I may need to replace my plate and I'm not having much luck. FEPshop is out of stock, plus between shipping and Euro to dollars, this is a bit expensive. I've checked eBay, Amazon, Google, etc. thanks in advance.

I'm running into this issue now. I've changed the fep, tuned it to about 330 hz. Yes I did take the protective layers off. I've tried releveling my build plate about 3 times and it keeps making this sound, it sounds like the build plate is sticking to the fep. I've cleaned the build plate with IPA. The fep is straight, no dents or scratches. I print about 20 little parts at once, every time about 15 stick to the build plate and 5 stick to the fep. Has anybody had this same problem and how did you fix it?

Are there any resins out there that will work with a heat gun to be bent into shape? Or will I have to mix a bit of the flex resin into it? I have a figure that I'm making armor for but I'm not sure of the angles. Easiest way I can think of is to print the armor flat and just bend it over the places it needs to be.

Mud for the mud god! Demon prince of khorne for warhams. .05 layers 13s/1s or 0s (can’t recall I’ll check and edit) 120s base layers x8 monocure grey 70% / 30% rapid clear flex (by eyeball) hollowed and drain holes added in meshmixer 3mm wall thickness on torso (to keep wings solid as they would have had small connection To torso if hollow) happy with it. Got a weird horizontal line in solid wings and wondering if that + one support breaking off while printing wing lead to the line. My biggest print and second attempt at hollowing and remixing/sculpting on existing STL) I sculpted (in sculptris) the crown and wings and merged them with the torso stl scaled up)

*Update*
After some suggestions, I checked all internal cables and everything was fine. However, the front touchscreen has been flickering and dimming even going completely white for several months now. never really affected the printer until now. I believe the touchscreen may have died. Thanks everyone! I have contacted Anycubic support.

Question:
I haven't powered on my Photon in a while and when I turned it on in order to run a print, it doesn't seem to boot up. I see the z-axis limit switch light come on and hear/see the fan running but the front screen never kicks on and it makes no other signs of life.

I have done the following
1) unplugged the PSU from the machine.
2) unplugged the power from the PSU
3) tested PSU voltage(12.33v)
4) plugged into a different plug.

I don't think I have a different PSU to test with but all signs seem to point to it being fine.

Any other suggestions?
